Guidelines

Manage to offer to students, services and material conditions, necessary for the existence of a practice, and expanded access to worthwhile projects that deal with the leisure time of young graduates, is the purpose of U>Rock Band University Contest.

In order to encourage and stress the creation and musical talent of young students in Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Electronic, and allow the virtual community to listen, value and qualify the Universia Portugal launches the second edition of this project with the intention to implement it on June 15.


In the online platform of U> Rock, you can upload your models and see all the information about the conditions of participation. It is an essential requirement for participation in the tender submission of unreleased songs and originals, and one of the criteria is that at least one member of the group is a university student.

The voting system is online, where the public can vote until September 15 when it completes the registration deadline for models. A jury assesses the most voted groups and picks a winner to be announced on the competition website. The Portuguese winner goes to the international final, where the winner earns € 3,000.
 
The contents of U> Rock will be further integrated into the platform Listens Universia, City of Music.
